Randy has had a remarkable journey with over 40 years of extensive experience in HVAC/Plumbing service repair and maintenance, construction, and preconstruction.
Beginning as a Machinist Mate 1st Class Petty Officer in the US Navy, he honed his skills in air conditioning, refrigeration, pump and valve operations, as well as steam turbines and main engine repairs. Transitioning to civilian life, he founded and managed several successful companies, including Greater San Diego Air Conditioning, Countywide Mechanical Systems, and now Southwest Mechanical Services.
Breanna Signore
Vice President
Breanna Signore brings over 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a progressive career path that includes 10 years as a Project Manager, 4 years as a Senior Project Manager, and the last 3 years serving as Vice President. Her career spans a wide range of market sectors including multi-family residential, military, and public infrastructure. Breanna has led high-value design-build projects and complex energy upgrades, demonstrating a strong command of project execution, team leadership, and client coordination. Her technical expertise and strategic oversight have been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes across both private and government sectors.

Over 20 years of experience in HVAC/Plumbing with 10 years in service repair and maintenance and over 15 years of project managing numerous Hospitals, Federal buildings, commercial building TI's, and ground-up projects including over 10 design-build projects.
